Right arm movement for whole bow strokes

To get the feeling of the arm movement for a full bow stroke imagine there’s a long piece of elastic attached between your right wrist and the A string. Pluck the string with your 1st finger and cast your arm out to the side, stretching the imaginary elastic along a line parallel to the bridge. When your arm reaches its full extent allow the elastic to ‘pull’ it back to the string. Let your upper arm lead the movement.
